My passion is kinesiology, and passing on what I know so people can make real, informed choices about their health. I’ve been on and off this particular path for the best part of twenty-five years, and all the skills I’ve picked up along the way feed into one thing: a whole-person approach to healing.
In practical terms, that means I’m not just looking at a symptom. I’m looking at you: your body, your history, the weather of your life. And then helping you find your way back to feeling good in it. Honestly? I love helping people. That’s the whole thing.
